This allows you to get all the benefits of grounding from the comfort of your own home.

To clean your mat, gently wipe with mild natural soap and water. Do not use any harsh detergents. Dry with a cloth or towel.

To extend the lifespan of the PU leather, avoid exposing your mat to sunlight.
